Rubber masterbatch MBTS-80 is Beige granules.It is very popular used for NR, SBR, NBR, CR, and BR, Although it is similar to MBT-80, tendency to cause scorch is weak, and the induction period for curing is longer.

ApplicationRubber masterbatch MBTS-80 can be used independently or together with basic accelerator in the same way as China Rubber masterbatch MBT-80. It can also be used together with Rubber masterbatch TMTD-80. It is a versatile semi-super accelerator with good processing safety. In combination with activated dithiocarbamtes, It prevents scorching. It is activated by thiurams, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines. During the processing and vulcanization of CR compounds it has a retarding effect. When used with ultra-accelerators Rubber masterbatch MBTS-80 improves the processing safety. Vulcanizates produced with Rubber masterbatch MBTS-80 show good ageing properties.
