Chemitac 94 is a heat reactive adhesive for bonding elastomers as NBR, ACM and solid PU with steel, aluminum, aramid, textile fibers and glass by vulcanization process. The textile fibers can be: Cotton, cellulose, polyamide, polyester and aramid. Chemitac 94 is a heavy metals free product.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

1- Non-volatile solids (2h @ 70°C): < 38 %

2- Specific gravity at 25°C: 0,936 g/cm3

3- Viscosity Brookfield at 25°C: 10 cps - #2 spindle @ 30 rpm.

4- Viscosity Ford Cup # 4 at 25°C: 13 s.

5- Diluents: MEK/ Ethanol 99ºGL

6- Bonding Temperature Range: 150 a 200ºC

7- Shelf life: Shelf life in USA, 6 months. Shelf life in Spain, 6 months. Shelf life in Brazil, 3 months. (closed can below 25ºC).

8- Elastomers: Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR), Nitrile Carboxylic Rubber (XNBR), Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Polyacrylic Rubber (ACM), Polyurethane (PU-Pressed)
