Chemitac 10 is a heat reactive adhesive for bonding elastomers as liquid PU with steel, aluminum, aramid, and textile fibers by vulcanization process. The textile fibers can be: Cotton, cellulose, polyamide, polyester and aramid. Chemitac 10 is a heavy metals free product.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

1- Non-volatile solids (2h @ 70°C): < 29%

2- Specific gravity at 25°C: 0,905 g/cm3

3- Viscosity Brookfield at 25°C: 270 cps - #2 spindle @ 30 rpm.

4- Viscosity Ford Cup # 4 at 25°C: 90 s.

5- Diluents: MEK/ Propilenglicol etil eter

6- Bonding Temperature Range: 100 a 150ºC

7- Shelf life: 1 year (closed can below 25ºC).

8-Elastomers: Polyurethane (PU-Cast), Polyurethane (PU-Injected), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPU-injected)

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION

Resins and catalysts stabilized in ketone solvents.
